We're proud to announce that Sloop Brewing is the latest addition to our ever-growing portfolio of craft brews. If you haven't stumbled upon one of their beers on tap yet, be sure to keep your eyes peeled as you won't be disappointed!
Founders Justin Taylor and Adam Watson and their passionate crew have been brewing up an incredible assortment of IPAs, a mouthwatering selection of sours and Belgians, and a fabulous line of 'Baked' oatmeal stouts and porters since their beginnings in 2011. With the support of their enthusiastic beer drinking community and local restauranteurs, Adam and Justin have transitioned from slinging home brewed suds at a local farmers market to brewing full-time out of a newly acquired facility on a picturesque 19th century Hudson Valley farm.
While their offerings are draft only for the time-being, we have a pretty stellar selection rotating in and out to keep your taste buds happy. Some of the current highlights include their Juice Bomb IPA. Rated 97 points on Ratebeer.com, this quintessential Northeastern IPA is loaded with haze, tropical aromas, and a hoppy yet sessionable palate. Those looking for something a little more dark and delicious, will love Sloop's famous 'Half Baked Oatmeal Stout' - packed with a ton of roasty, caramel goodness and a super smooth mouthfeel to boot. If sour is what you're craving, don't miss out on Confliction. This dry-hopped sour ale with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice is a 2016 World Cup Gold Medal Winner and is also rated 98 points on Ratebeer.com!
